Emerging Technology for Video Based Surgical Education

Dr. Phillips is a surgeon-scientist focused on improving the delivery of medical and surgical care to pediatric surgical patients. My clinical focus is on minimally invasive gastrointestinal/colorectal surgery and critical care. I am an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I have completed post-graduate training in statistics, epidemiology, and clinical informatics during my Master’s in Clinical Research. I am board certified in general surgery, pediatric surgery, and Clinical Informatics.
